[TechAssist] JVC 32 in. AV-32D200. Power surge, or maybe storm related.

Anyone have a schematic in .pdf of the power supply for this model, they would
like to share with us? Thanks.
This one came in dead - possible power surge from a storm the customer said.
When plugged in the high voltage from the flyback is on, you can fill the h.v.
from the screen, but no video, raster, or sound.
Regulator circuit seems to be functioning.
H.V. turned up full bright screen with retrace lines.
Still checking circuits.
