[TechAssist] J.C. Penny Stereo Model 683-2254A need a LC7230-8307 Micro.

I am working on a J.C.Penny Stereo Model 683-2254A, Cat# 873-1234,
SVC#683-2254A-00 which has a shorted IC103 which is a LC7230-8307. I have
called J.C.
Penny's which gave me GE's number who told me that no longer handle JC Penny
parts. It would appear if someone out there doesn't have one of these IC's in a
unit in their part pile I probably won't be repairing this. Normally this unit
isn't worth the trouble but this lady really loves her stereo and it came in a
package with a CD Player and a Turntable. Any help would be appreciated.
