Hi Van,

With TV's a lower than normal HV is usually accompanied with less width
and height. At least in a monitor you usually have plenty of range
with the adjustments. Use a crosshatch pattern to see if the geometry
(straight lines, etc.) is OK. If you don't have a pattern generator
for monitors, get on-line and go to a website which has this test (or
maybe the monitor has some test patterns in the menu).
