[TechAssist] Intermittent shutdown on Mitsubishi VS-60621 (VZ4 chassis)

I have a Mitsubishi VS-60621 (VZ4 chassis) with intermittent shutdown. I
have been to the customer's home twice ( I resoldered a multitude of
connections the first time and replaced capacitors C912 and C914 in the
power supply the second time). The set may run for a week without shutting
down or it may act up daily. the problem only occurs when the set is warm. I
had to pull the set in the shop but have not yet been able to spend any time
with it as I have been a constant roadshow, however, I will be in shop
tomorrow and would appreciate some feedback if someone has experience on
these as I am working WITHOUT a service manual. I have not personally seen
the shutdown. Wish I could provide more and I will be monitoring the B+
tomorrow. Anyone have some ideas for me?
