These guys only get into a repair business when they can get an exclusive
agreement so that they can get the volume required for an efficient
operation and can control the price. No intelligent busninessperson would
make the investment in facilities, personnel, equipment and inventory
without an exclusive arrangement or some other unfair advantage.
