[TechAssist] IIYAMA Monitor question

I have a IIYAMA monitor model 191A
Customer said it popped and went to a line then nothing.
I found it was shutting down because there was no vertical.
There was a surface mounted cap C405 from pin 6 of the IC (LA7840) to
ground.
Looks like it shorted and blew apart burning the copper trace providing 16v
B+ to the IC.
The IC is ok and I have it working again after repairing the trace but I
need to know the value of C405 or is it really necessary. Can I Muntz it.
