For Ron,
Last time I checked, a line running from LEFT to RIGHT was a horizontal line.
Maybe in Illinois, it is different.
And how are WE supposed to know YOU checked the voltages??????????????????
Also from your post, how are we supposed to know you even pulled the cover off 
the
unit?
This is a suggestion, if you don't like it, many of the techs won't even take 
the
time to respond
Looks like I shouldn't have, by the looks of it.
