[TechAssist] Hitachi PTV 50UX23KA Need info

I need to know if the red led should be on in standby or not. This unit
sometimes won't turn on and the red LED is dimly lit sometimes and sometimes
it's on in standby. It is the protect LED but not sure how it works. Thanks.
