Subject: [TechAssist] Hitachi PTV 43XU7BC
I have this PTV that has a ( I really don't know how to explain it ) a ghost
2-3 ins. of streaking on the sides of objects in the picture. All the tubes
seem ok.( on tester ). Replaced the Jungle IC and all the caps in the video
cct.have been ESR'D and checked on a cap tester. It is still there when
color is removed,and varies with brightness. But never goes away. Has
anybody run into this before or can give me reason why this is happening.
