Dead - Unit Is Dead. Will Not Turn On

Q711(C) Has Low Resistance To Ground 27k. C715 Is Leaky. Suggest Q711, C715,
C714, & C716 Be Replaced. The Capacitors Are The Retrace Capacitors In The
Horizontal Output Circuit
