[TechAssist] Hitachi Camcorder VM-E53a

Unit is Locked up by the Dew Sensor.
Before tearing it down,I looked in WinStips and came across what I think may be
a Modification,TB0199 add 15k parallel to PG902.
Another Tip says to hard wire Dew Sensor.
Has anyone been down this road ???
Any Bulletins anyone know of ???
