Robert, check the 2.2 Ohm resistors for burn marks or open, marked "RK" on the board, if you don`t have any problems with the DCU then the stk`s should fix it, sometimes the convergence procedure can take awhile, sometimes it needs no touch up at all, make sure you bring the service manual with you, Also make SURE the customer has the ORIGINAL remote, you`ll need it if you have to re-do the alignment, good luck!
