[TechAssist] Hitachi 35UX85B Hot reads short but isn`t

HOT reads shorted in circuit, remove transistor and re-check, it reads
fine, the real culprit
is C715, it`s shorted and mine was cracked along the top, value is
2200pf @ 2kv the original
part number 0244889 subs to 0244729 which is physically larger than the
original which is
blue and very small compared to the sub, both are the same value,
thought I`d share this
with everyone and save them waiting 2-3 days to get a transistor they
don`t need and then
having to wait 2-3 more days for the cap, which is of course what I did,
