Intmt Shutdown at turn on-HV comes up then shuts down all
in about 1 sec or less there is a pronounced Hum in the power supply when
shutdown. Have changed regulator no effect. Can get to start with hair dryer
but will not reverse back to failure with freeze mist. D744 tested after set
started working tests as intact. Ideas? was thinking a connection or cap
problem but once starts working no good method to get to stop working one of
the types you think you've got it and put it together try quite a bit later
and then doesn't come on....
