Anyone got any not notes on why this one won't start. Or should I say won't
bring up horz.. There is 157V to the STR30130 on pin 3 when power is pressed
and 156v on H/O . I don't think I'm getting regulation out of STR. I have
replaced the STR checked all diodes, resistors and caps in the circuit but
can find nothing wrong. It seems to me I ran into this before, but can't
remember fix
