[TechAssist] HELP! Panasonic CT36HX41 Dead

Hi Guys,

I need some advise on troubleshooting this beast, not sure if the problem is
a loaded down power supply or if the supply is not supplying enough current.
the 15v line (down to 13v)  and when I trick B+ relay on at micro pin 17,
the B+ is 130v ( should be 140). there is no training manual available from
panasonic and the tech book on the DX2P is very vague. Does anyone have any
experience with this supply that can offer some advise. another thing is I
cannot figure why the B+ relay would not come on since no protection
circuits are being activated.
