[TechAssist] Guide + and RCA

Had a call from a customer that he no longer gets TV Listings on his
RCA/Guide+. He called Future Shop, one of our Box Stores in Canada, and they
told him that Guide+ and RCA contract had expired. Now all he get on his
screen is "No Listing".
Has anyone heard of this?
