Phil,
My guess would be you missed a cap in the power supply.
If worse comes to worse, replace the rest of them on the secondary side.

Hard to describe.
When the deck mech is engaging, like eject,load,etc the picture will
flutter with the action, like a voltage source is sagging under load.
Sometimes it will actually shut the TV off.I've tested and replaced many
caps in the PS board mounted on the side. Monitored sources,most seem to
vary a bit.None really seemed bad. Caps seem OK.Any histories on this
symptom.model?
