[TechAssist] GE TV CTC187 chassis

I finally got the power supply fixed on this set. However, when I test it
with a different eeprom (original was bad), I get only snow. My question:
am I getting snow because I'm using the wrong eeprom ?
Or does that indicate there is more trouble with the set ? Thanks
