If you disconnect the crt board when the G2 is at 80v does it go back up? Is your B+ always at 130v during the failure? If so, you can discount the power supply as the cause, and if your g2 pops back up, most likely your IHVT or Lopt is ok and it's your CRT. If your G2 is at 80v when the CRT is disconnected and your B+ is at 130v, suspect IHVT (or LOPT if you're european). If your 130 V supply is fluctuating then start there.
