[TechAssist] GE CTC187CN3 dead.

Hello guys:
I have a GE CTC187CN3 that was dead,replaced the Eeprom and now it tries to
start 3 times and
nothing else.I have no schem.for it but hoping to solve the problem I
replaced the regulator which is
a STK730-150 and did not solve the problem.Any help will be welcome,please.
