[TechAssist] GE 27GT619 (CTC185AB) Power problem

This set had the horz. output shorted the regulator shorted and 2.7 ohm 15
watt power resistor open. I replaced them all and the 231523 kit. Now the
set turns on but it is drawing about 3.5 AMPS and is probably going to blow
parts if I leave it on too long. What else am I missing. I read through all
the tips but nothing really stands out other than the I.H.V.T but it rings
good.
