[TechAssist] GE 25GT511 RF interference radio in audio

This CTC185AA has a audio interference,sounds like a radio station at very low
level even when in mute. Replaced eprom,did tuner wrap. There is a carrier
wave when scoped even in mute. Has anyone had this problem?
