From Tech Repair CD:
GE\19TVR60\Dead* Has Power Light\\\\Resolder Resistor And Capacitor At 
Horizontal Drive
Transformer\\\\\\\\\
Also, resolder horizontal driver transformer.

GE\19TVR60\Dead. works 1 time when plugged in\\\\Dp45 in power supply. also 
causes many other
problems\\\\\\\\\

I finally got the flyback for this GE TV/VCR and installed it today.
The old fly was definitely bad, but the set still is not working.  When
I press the power button once the B+ to the HOT goes up from 118.5 v to
119.4 v.  Sometimes the relay will click on and off as I press the power
button.  I have also heard the HV come up for a split second.  A tape
will go in and play but the TV still will not come on.  I can't find any
shorted diodes or transistors.  Help!
