Have you tried taking the batteries out for a few days?  All
I have on this is for parental lock, but maybe it will steer
you in the right direction.

Parental lock disable:  Select menu 3, "PC Code."  2
choices. -- "disable" or "reprogram."  This is a temporary
fix.  Permanent fix is to go to menu 6 "memory."  Advance to
the right side "parental control on-off."  Enter code 0711 to
turn off or on.
