I don't know about the raitings but there is a HUGE difference in the resistance measurments betmeen the two. using pin one as ground(out of circuit) pin 5 reads 3.5m on the A and 1.9k on the plain. using pin 2 as ground pin 5 reads .55k on the a and 2.97m on the plain. you get the idea, I'm not laying all of it out, too many differences.
