Few days ago I fixed a RCA that was dead. Can't remember if it was a CTC148 or 149 but the fix was a bad cap (220@16v) in the 9v supply to the IC (maybe IC101 )that drives the SCR. I think the location # may be C312 but I may be wrong on the loc. # Jamie ----- Original Message ----- From: "Phil Bader" <philbad@xxxxxxxxxx> To: <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, November 26, 2001 4:13 PM Subject: [TechAssist] [Fwd: RCA/GE CTC148A dead. replaced bad stby cap C605K (470/35V)still dead.] > > > > -------- Original Message -------- > Subject: RCA/GE CTC148A dead. replaced bad stby cap C605K (470/35V)still > dead. > Date: Mon, 26 Nov 2001 19:13:08 -0500 > From: Phil Bader <philbad@xxxxxxxxxx> > Organization: Jan Phyl TV Inc.
