The new lamp should have fixed it. Is it installed properly? Can you hear the ballast trying to fire the lamp. We had one recently that had no screws holding the lamp socket in place so when the customer inserted the new lamp it pushed the lamp socket back and did not make contact AND the ballast was bad. ******************************** Since 1972 * Jim Myers * Telrad Electronics * Fort Wayne Indiana * ******************************** Al L wrote: > 05 AM > Subject: Fw: PanasonicPT40LC12-PT-45LC12 dead no lamp or temp LED's > > > >>Subject: PanasonicPT40LC12-PT-45LC12 dead no lamp or temp LED's >> >> >> >>>Green blinks steady, red on steady on power button, when toggled. >>> I suspect power supply or lamp ballast.Customer changed lamp, claims >>>same condition, said old lamp was cracked, but no "pop"! >>> Problem:I see many references to changing very expensive parts,in the >>>manual. >>> First one for me,still in customers home, have not charged even a call >>>until I get some advice. >>> Game plan:Pull set,fix set, play set,get paid well.
