Hey Guys.
We all know how we are going to handle it, before we even post.
It's all "Location".
What works in Ontario Canada...won't work in Baton Rouge..or New  
Orleans.
We know what the "Financial" situation is....just looking out the  
front door.

Just make sure you survive. Make some concessions....but watch for  
the "Rook".
