The problem was definitely the FLYBACK.

I have a 17" Daewoo 710b FCC ID C5F7NCMC1710B that came in with a burnt
resistor located at R935. The HV will try to start up then stop. I found that
the value is 82K ohm resistor.
My question is there something I should also check to see why this resistor
burnt.
I checked all the obvious but everything checks OK.
