John, several years ago I bought the magnifier head bands from MCI. I also bought the LED clip on light and an optional magnifing flip over lens. The head bands are great, an is the optional lens. The origional light came in dead. I contacted MCI and they said that replacement bulbs were not available. After the usual red tape, I got a replacement lamp. It lasted a few months. Disguested, I went to Wal-Mart(sucks), and found what is called a "Cyclops". It's a stand alone head band LED AND incadescent light that one can wear on their head like a coal miner. About $9.00 and it works great. I drilled holes and mounted it on my head band magnifyer, but comes with head bands to stand alone. You can have the incadescent, or the led's or Both, on at the same time.
