Oh Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. The set came in witha STK 4151-11 
Perhaps the customer took it to someone else and they put in a 4151 when 
they could not get a 4191.

PS. Try to keep the file size under 1MB. If the entire schematic is too 
large just scan the output stage.
