[TechAssist] Ferguson TX100 problem

Hi, trying to repair a Ferguson TX100. When it is switched on, there is a
low, high-pitched sound, coming from the area of the transformer.
The LEDs on the front panel all come up with 888.
Pulled standby plug out and there is still no picture or raster.
The standby button is on but the mute button is not.
Anybody had a fault like this?
Checked TR9 (BC237B) and TR7 (ZTX6 0) and these seem to be ok.
