Problem was a leaky CR4501 (155276) I also changed C4504 220uf/35v filter

This TV has a bright horizontal line through the middle of the picture with
extreme fold over from the middle to the top part of picture looks like
Venetian blinds and no picture from the middle down to the bottom.
I have replaced the vertical IC with no change in the picture; I have ESR
the capacitors in the vertical circuit and can?t find any bad ones yet,
there is a 12volt line being dragged down to about 7 volts.
I am getting ready to check the pincushion board next but wondered if
anybody has seen this problem before.
Any help would be appreciated!
