I'm glad that I couldn't order an IFT for this set, cause I made a stupid mistake. I overlooked the possibility of a shorted CRT socket, (which it turned out to be). It had a dead short from the G-2 pin to ground. I replaced it with a used socket from off a junked CTC169 chassis.
