[TechAssist] FIX, Samsung K55A HDTV

I had a Samsung TXM2796HFX/XAA chassis K55A made in 2002. The picture was
compressed vertically in the middle although the picture does fill the
screen. ALso the picture was bowed slightly at the sides. I found burned
connections at R425 off pin 9 of the flyback. Therefore there was no 16
volts to the PCC circuit. Thanks for all the help and the service manuals
and bulletins. John.
