[TechAssist] Emerson part ID TC2555D R521

Tips show this (R521) to be 4.7/3W, came in with 3.9/3w, which is open.
REG STR30110, low resistance pins 3-4. HOT (D1556)B-C, very low resistance,
also.
Please confirm resistor value and any thing else I may want to check so as
to not blow these again.
I did find a bad solder pad on one of the resistors(R474), ran trace.
also found lead from C444 bent over shorted to pad off R441, did not look
intentional, so I removed the short.
