Try a new IC. I just had a Symphonic..VCC voltages on IC were low and supplies
showed low every where,
replacing IC and set worked.

Thanks for everyone's help. there is no 12V to pin 1 of LA7835 VCC1. Nearby
fusible resistor is ok. I wasn't even looking for this voltage I was only
looking for 25V but now i notice related 12V voltages missing everywhere. IC202
(TO-220 with snap on heat sink has 17.5 volts in nothing out. Pin 2 is gnd. No
diode or resistance measurements between the input and output. L7-M08 or ECG
964 Don't have a print but I think I'll try a new IC
