Hi John,
Common part failures on these sets:
Center LED mounted on board under the deck, Mode switch and the sensors on
either side of the deck assy. Also you may have a broken prism caused by
customer pulling the tape out.

Hello to all
I have this TV/VCR Emerson TV/VCR, and the customer tore a stuck tape out of
the unit.
I have repaired the basket and aligned the VCR part.
But when I turn the set on it will show a good picture, and sound but it
will click off in about 10 seconds.
And it shows eject on the screen.
I cleaned and lubed the modeswitch.
I suspects the 5 or 12 volts missing at the front buttons,but do not have
the S/M available.
I hope someone could give me a hint on this one.
