[TechAssist] Emerson TV 27" TC-2555DA - +B Question

Unit came in dead, found shorted HOT, replaced with D1556, found open
4.7ohm/2watt resistor (R521) which feeds raw DC to regulator STR30110,
found regulator (STR30110) outputting 155VDC, replaced it with original,
TV fired up with no vertical deflection, replaced LA7838 with original
(and a few caps just to be sure), now TV works fine except I'm a bit
confused about the regulated voltage. This STR30110 is outputting 125VDC
(exactly), one would think being an 110V regulator that that's would it
would output. Is this the +B operating voltage for this TV? No +B trim
pot here, just fixed resistors and a zener I think. Thanks in advance.
