[TechAssist] Emerson TC2033, L402 is open, is value critical?

L402 couples the 15kHZ signal to the base of the HOT. On this set L402
is open. The colors on L402 are red on the side, grey and blue on top,
and gold on the other side. I believe the value is 6800 uH or 6.8 mH.
Is the value critical? Or can I get in the ball park and be fine?
