Make : Emerson
Model : EWC19T2 19" TV/VCR/DVD Combo
Problem : Turns on for a few seconds , then shuts down. If you restart it a
few times you see a perfect picture.
B+ for H sweep is 115V.
I see this tip in WinSTIPS.
