Emerson EWC1303 is the same as a Symphoinic SC313D or Sylvania 6313CD or
Magnavox MC132EMG.  According to Magnavox manual you can remove the cover of
the customers remote (3 screws) and place a jumper across J1 to make it a
service remote.  I have never done this so I do not know exactly what that
means.  I did not see a menu setting for VVCO but the manual is pretty
