[TechAssist] Electrohome,mod#EH8077,shut down

This 2002,24'' TV turns on & after several seconds shuts off.Uses a STR6656 in
the SMPS.Have 140vdc on collector of HOT before shutdown.The STR6656 pin 4 has
17.8 vdc when powered on & then drops to 15.9 when shutdown occurs.Pin
3=165vdc,the raw B+.Anyone have a print for this newer set or a pin out for the
STR6656.Tryed parts minder & google but no info.I did check various caps &
diodes in the smps.For the brief moments the set is on it has good sound &
picture.Any tips would also be appreciated...TIA......
