Subject: [TechAssist] ESR Meter

After all these years the old TV Man has bought a ESR Meter (El Cheapo).

The website shows a picture of the meter.
When I place the 2 probes across a capacitor the needle goes all the way
to the right. Anyone seen one of these meters?
