[TechAssist] Deltec UPS PRR1500A

I need some info on this unit.when it is plug in what ever it plug into it
works fine.But if u disconnect power it will let every thing die.I have check
the batteries and they are charge.I did notice a dip switch in the back with 8
toggles on it.there is a set up I think but can't find anything in side wrong
