[TechAssist] Dell P1110 sony made SCC-L22D-A

Any fellow tech have the schematics for the power supply and deflection
circuit for this Sony (Dell) P1110 monitor. It comes on for about 3
seconds and then shutsdown. All B+'s present before shutdown. Seems to
have a 220 volt line that I'm not sure if its boosted B+ or a P.S. B+....
