[TechAssist] Dead Sanyo DS27930

This set when first turned on it will rapidly click the relay for a
second or two then followed by a audio burp in tune with the relay
clicking. Has anyone any input on this set it would be much appreciated.
I checked all the transistors and diodes in the primary and secondary of
the P.S. all seem well.Anyone with a print of P.S. and Horiz please send
if you can. Thanks Bill
