[TechAssist] Daewoo 26S1FC-Ch#CN200I poor B+ regulation

Hi need some help picture pulls in and out at the sides and top & bottom
changes..I replace the reg 3 small transister in the supply also all
the electro caps still doing the same B+ drops to 95 volts the back to
125 keeps doing it.Can someone tell me how this supply works to regulate
the B+..Thanks Eric
