I agree the flyback will be at fault. If you can check it you will find it
will be inconclusive on a ring test. Remove the altur cap make sure it has been
discharged, and check for resistance to chassis. It should not read, yours will
have leakage. Another interesting test is capacitance from the cap to chassis,
a bad one if all else checks OK has 15 to 30pF
a good one over 1nF.
